All of the Nordic cities have extremely low crime rates and are high on bucket lists. Copenhagen is the perfect place for solo female travelers. Barcelona is a beautiful city! Because the city is pedestrian-friendly, it's easy to just walk around and explore on your own. There are many different restaurants with delicious food and patios that are perfect for solo people-watching. Grab a glass of wine and a book and enjoy the beauty that Barcelona has to offer. Chiang Mai, Thailand
Chiang Mai stole my heart — not only for the many different things you can do there but for its safety as well. It's a beautiful city with even more beautiful people. Everyone is extremely nice, and they offer a lending hand any time of day. The city is big, but the main areas of interest are all close together. You can grab a beer by yourself in the middle of the night and not have to worry about anything happening to you. Take a look at these beautiful photos of Thailand here.

Literally ranked the safest city for solo female travelers, Taipei is great! I lived here for four months and never felt unsafe at all. There were nights where I walked down the street at three in the morning and felt it was OK to do so. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help you any time of day. Transportation is extremely easy as well, and they have a great metro system that helps you feel safe. Here are 5 things you can't miss in Taipei.
